It is mandatory to produce identity card at the time of check in.
Right of admission to the Ganga Hotel Restaurant is reserved.
Ganga Hotel Restaurant has the right to offer an alternate /similar /at par accommodation in an over booking situation or non-availability of rooms for different reasons whatsoever.
Ganga Hotel Restaurant cannot be held responsible for any damage /mishaps/injuries / loss of life during any adventure /activity or during transit.
The management of Ganga Hotel Restaurant has sole right to change/amend/alter the rates without notice, during festive periods/long weekends/ New Year/Christmas time etc.
The taxes applied are as per Government rule. Any hike in taxes by the Government will be payable by the client.
Cancellation Policy:-
In case of cancellation:-
More than 30 days of check in – No deduction
Less than 30 days-more than 15 days of check in – 60% deduction
Less than 15 days- more than 7 days of check in- 85% deduction
Less than 7 days/no show- 100% deduction
